I still need to see season 1!!!

So...the first Netflix Marvel series I watched was The Punisher (yes, I'm aware now that I watched things out of order, I didn't know any better!)

After that I went back to the beginning and watched (in order) Daredevil season 1, Jessica Jones season 1, and Daredevil season 2.

Now I need to watch Luke Cage season 1, Iron Fist season 1, and The Defenders! And then Jessica Jones season 2 just came out today!

I have some catching up to do :)

I decided to take a mini-break after Daredevil season 2 to catch up on some stuff I've been wanting to see (like Ozark) and I have some movies at home I want to see sooner than later hopefully!

I wont lie as a younger kid my Mom had NB CDs and I listened to Silver Side Up a bit, thats the only one I ever remember listening to. I did like it then, tried it a few years back again, didn't age well at all lol. I kinda side eyed my younger self like "We could've wasted our time listening to Unwound, Alice In Chains, Glassjaw or something"

That said... Hero is still a guilty pleasure, simply cus I remember being little and rocking out to it with my little brother and friends. Simple but catchy.

Why is everyone into Hero of all shitty Nickelback songs?

In case my sarcasm was missed, "Someone told me love would all save us" has to be the shittiest lyrical phrase of the modern era. How that passes several songwriters and production teams and gets shit out the other end is beyond me, its not even coherent English.

 

Default was always one of the least offensive nu-grunge/alt-rock/alt-metal bands from the early aughts. Dallas had some pipes. My 12 year old self loved them, and they were a good gateway for me into different rock and metal genres.
