I made extra moolah writing papers on the side for psych and sociology. It's extremely easy if you're interested in the topic.

 

i dunno when the content side will be up, i also dunno how strongly i want to write album reviews still. i also wasn't exactly prolific before and i was certainly a catalyst and lightning rod for a lot of contentious shit on ap, so it might not work anyway.

 

I'm a physiology and kinesiology major and other than for the minor I picked up, I have not had to write papers for any of my classes. Even though I never did badly on the ones I have had to write, I think I'm a terrible writer and I absolutely hated doing papers.

 

Just curious - how/where?

 

why yes i think i will spend my entire day off playing pokemon and taking naps

 

i ran around my campus for an hour repeatedly attempting to get my drug test form printed and get tokens for the SEPTA subway and ultimately it was such a comedy/tragedy of errors re the small quantity of bills i had in my wallet and the vast number of printers broken across campus that i just gave up and i'm gonna do it on Wednesday after my exam

 

I have both a printer and extra SEPTA tokens if you need either of those.

 

Well I always enjoyed your writing. I'd love to see more non review pieces on Chorus, especially if it's not as pop punk oriented as AP often was.

The huge snow storm we had a month ago was a blessing in disguise. Pretty much haven't gone a day without playing Pokemon since.

 

Not in a legit way. I could have gotten into a lot of trouble if they found out but they didn't.

i want to keep writing but i dont really want to do album reviews anymore as they aren't always effective in getting people to check out new music, which is what my ultimate goal is with all of this. rather, id like to start writing articles about like maybe 5 essential records in a certain genre or sub genre and a write up about the genre and how to get into it and what i think the genre and those albums have to offer. like a "five essential black metal releases of the 2010's" article or something like that. "the 5 best free rap mixtapes of the 00's." something that explores specific genres and helps as an entry way into them since that's kind of my whole thing: getting people to listen to as many genres, a lot of which they arent familiar with, as possible to find music to fall in love with.

 

that means a lot! its still a possibility i suppose

 

i will be doing one more review, whether it will be for chorus or just a personal blog post idk, but im going to do a 10 year write up of ACBTLD. i'll probably call it my 'last' review.

haha thanks! i got it sorted though. normally i have a good number of fallbacks in case a printer is out or if i'm short on cash, but today all of those fallbacks and my schedule failed me, forcing me to put it off till wednesday :P

 

Getting paid a lot of money to sit in a library basement doing what the kids on the computers upstairs are probz doing.

Heh, I know that feeling. Glad it's all sorted though, those drug tests are a pain in the ass to do. My company had a habit of scheduling them right as winter storms hit.

 

I guess I never got out of the learning level of them then. That's probably why I have the opinion I do.

 

mine wasn't able to send out its welcome packets with info on it for the past, like, two weeks!! so now i get to be under the gun during finals week. thankfully i'll get it all placed, it's just too bad it was so mixed up.

 

When my sister called this workout we're doing a "military type workout", I thought she was exaggerating. She was not..all of the people were vets dressed in fatigues and I have never been more tired and sore (already) in my life. Why did I agree to this?!

 

I tried that, but it just shows a broken picture.
