Yeah. Although we have 4 episodes left. Two weeks. Can’t end everybody at once. My assumption is somebody goes out next week. Maybe zeb? Then the last week maybe Ezra.

Next week looks like the Mortis tie ins so I’m assuming Ashokas arc will be complete somehow too there.

Anybody think Ezra dies?

 

I can’t imagine Ezra not making it until at least the final moments. Zeb is a goner. Sabine... I could go either way on. I could see her going out with Zeb or leaving at the end to potentially launch a Mandalore show(?) later on.

Hera and Chopper are safe, at least.

What if Ezra takes over for the Father?

I do hope Ashoka comes back somehow. But I am expecting her not to so I won’t be too let down if it doesn’t happen.

 

I see Sabine going back to Mandalore but I doubt a show will come out of it.

I FULLY expect ashoka to be back in some shape or form. Too much effort with the Convor, which was in the trailer.

and yeah I had that exact thought him taking over the father but was like...Ezra is much stronger but hes not that strong to be able to contain the Son and Daughter. Id actually love it if Ashoka ended up taking over for the Father and her being called the Mother. Ezra can be the son (he was called to the dark side for 2 seasons or so). A lot of ways they can go with that but i agree I hope he becomes apart of that.

 

Also after seeing TLJ again Cobalt Squadron surprisingly added a lot to the TLJ experience for me, despite being underwhelmed with the book. Having that depth between Rose/Paige added some emotional weight, especially every time they touch their necklace (which is a lot)

 

I disagree. I'm pretty sure Tiya Sicar dropped a hint that Sabine will be getting her own show on the Star Wars show yesterday.

The ending was so beautiful. They put some money into that explosion and the subsequent force-hold-off by Kanan. Beautiful. Heartbreaking. My girlfriend was watching with me and she isn't as big a fan of me and she was just kind of holding me afterwards.

 

I haven’t watched that yet. A Mandalore project has been a rumor for a long time now. I suspect there is some sort of truth to it.

 

Sucks your girfriend isnt a big fan of you. Sounds like it'd make for a difficult relationship.

 

And idk. Its hard for me to justify an entire series on Mandalore and Sabine. Like shes a great character, but idk if shes good enough to LEAD a series. I like everything weve gotten form mandalore in TCW and Rebels but even just isolating an entire show focusing on a system or a side character sounds like very little fun. Weve already gotten a lot of Sabine's past and story. We met her dad and mom and brother. Weve gotten the dark saber stuff.

If it happens I hope im proven wrong and will still watch but in the scope of everything they could possibly do in this vast galaxy, I feel like its kind of trivial. Id rather move on to bigger things. A time period we havent explored yet. New worlds. New characters.

 

As far as Star Wars, she's a huge fan. I got her the Rey boots from Po-Zu and she got the Rey dress from HerUniverse and dresses up randomly like Rey and does the hairstyle. I also got her a BB-8 necklace for Valentine's Day to complete the ensemble. She's a black girl so it's super cute to see her curly hair in the Rey braids and stuff.

We also dressed up as R2D2 and C3PO for my company's Holiday Masquerade Ball.

but anyways. Thats awesome and im kind of jealous.

 

I'm putting together a Finn cosplay so we can be Finn and Rey. I really want to do a Kylo one but I also don't want to promote Reylo in any way.

Here's a pic from the Christmas thing we did. It was so fun. Everyone was looking at us and a bunch of the guys were like, I wish my wife/ girlfriend would do that with me. I'm a pretty lucky guy.

Damn. Those latest episodes messed me up. Zeb's reaction and Chopper holding Hera's hand hit me hard.

 

Count me in as one who loved the most recent episodes. Here's hoping the remaining episodes are just as great.

 

John Williams is touring a bit so naturally I am going to see him this spring, crazy! Hope nothing comes up ha, bc I’m not sure how else I will be able to see him (his Hollywood Bowl shows look amazing).

 

Holy fucking shit.

 

This show loves to keep giving me contenders for one of the best sequences in all of Star Wars.

 

Holy fuck Rebels. Just. Wow. I mean. Speechless.

 

Did not expect this to be reminiscent of the end Twin Peaks. What a crazy episode.

Also lots of feels.

 

Damn, that was spectacular. Kind of a mix between Indiana Jones and Interstellar.

AHSOKA LIVES! I was nervous about her somehow surviving the Vader fight. I was pretty convinced she'd be coming back as an animal and I was dreading it. I should never have doubted Filoni. That was so perfectly done.

 

Also, did Chopper run down a bunch of stormtroopers with a giant drill off camera?! That murderous little pile of scrap is brutal.

 

One final thing. The score for this season has been absolutely fantastic.

 

Wow. Just wow. The vision of Filoni and this group is so wonderfully weird.

 

The score was incredible and the visuals were probably my favorite of the series.

 

Wow last nights episodes were incredible. Imagine how good this whole series would have been if they weren’t concerned about appealing to kids.
