I don't really know you! I generally give people the benefit of the doubt. Since you haven't done anything to make me not like you, I'd say that I'm glad that you're around

It depends. Even the food is terrible, takes forever to come out, or if they are really busy, I still try to tip 20% because that's basically out of the server's control. Unless they were a really truly awful, vile person, I'd still probably tip around 15%-20% though; everybody has first days and bad days.
