    END OF THE FINAL ROUND

And the winner of this album is:
    Do You Want Me (Dead?)

    Guts came pretty close though.

The first round of Don't Panic will begin later today.

Damn thought Guts would win. and Im already bummed cuz To Live and Let Go never gets much love so that wont win. I think those are their only two songs in 6/8 and they should definitely write more in it. Two of my favorite songs post NP.

Even though I didn't vote in that round, I wanted Do You Want Me (Dead?) to win from the beginning, so I'm very satisfied with the result.

Feel very lukewarm on the album so didn't vote, but Heroes of Do You Want Me Dead would have been my choice so I am pretty happy with that.

Good to have you back. Give me a heads up the next time you're gonna sit out on an album, that way I won't count you as an active user, and we can get to the next album even faster ;)

Do You Want Me (Dead?) is my favorite, so I'm glad we got this right.

Heroes is the best song on the album and it lost to Guts, so even though I love Guts I'm glad it lost (on top of the fact that Do You Want Me is also better than Guts).

The best song lost, but the second best song won, so whatever

I will say that my appreciation for the best stuff on Dirty Work (Heroes, Do You Want Me, Guts, etc.) has grown considerably over the years. That said overall it's pretty impossible to argue that it isn't their worst album.

I think it's better than Don't Panic and Future Hearts so definitely not impossible. The small number of lows on Dirty Work are so dramatically blown out of proportion.

I agree that Dirty Work is way underrated.

As for saying it's better than Don't Panic:

Idk it's just always sounded a little bit like they were pandering to me. I love the album, but I've always heard it as "Oh shit, they didn't like Dirty Work let's make another pop-punk record while we figure out what to do next". And since I liked Dirty Work so much, I never liked that. Some great songs though, don't get me wrong, but if I had to choose one, I'd go with Dirty Work.

Well Future Hearts is my least favorite of theirs, so idk what to tell you, but I'm prepared to die on this hill.

DP was their most pop punk album but I'LL BE DAMNED IF IT AIN'T THEIR BEST/SECOND BEST

I can see what you mean and I agree to some extent. It definitely feels more like a safe album after Dirty Work. The one gripe I had with the regular version of Don't Panic was that there wasn't really a "slow" song on it. It was all kind of the same type of tracks with a couple of faster tracks. But I do love all the tracks on it, while Dirty Work has a couple of bad tracks.

As for Future Hearts, I think the highs on that album aren't quite as high as those on DW, but the lows are much higher than the lows on DW.
