I really like Pale Waves as people and a couple of their tracks but they lack diversity massively. It's not even like they've nailed a sound and stuck with it, they nailed a song and just made that same song over and over.

 

Supposedly most of the singles aren't intended for the album so I'll hold out judgement until the album comes but a few of the singles are excellent, namely my obsession.

 

My obsession is probably my favorite.

 

They're good but I've had declining desire to listen to them with each passing osng

 

Given that the last two closers have been about family in some way, what aspect of family would you like to see this closer get into?

 

I hope we get great music videos from these guys this year. Some protest oriented stuff would be neat.

 

I’d like to hear a song about his band mates.

 

I think a lot of their songs sound very similar too.

 

I mean.... it is a rectangle leaning against a wall at least so if it is the cover it’s not breaking the convention lmao
