well, the right choice was made, at least. I have hopes for a Balor/Reigns final two, but I also could see them doing Cena/Reigns to build heat to another match down the line.

he's probably staying because the travel has allowed him to network like crazy with comedians all over the place and he is making good money. they're probably giving him tons of money because he's busted his ass for them for 12 years in every dumb spot they've put him in

 

Reality of Dolph is you can rebuild him in a couple months if you need him in a big moment (see: No Mercy 2016), and you know he can deliver. Whereas they clearly dont trust a lot of their other midcard guys.

Though with how many NXT guys they have that could fill that role, its definitely odd

 

HHH mentioned on one of the more recent media calls that he could see main roster guys move to NXT in future shakeups. Would be 0% surprised to see Ziggler be the vet that moves down, one of the only talents in that role that can keep up with those guys

They signed Sara Lee to the developmental contract out of Tough Enough. Not long after being signed, she was pregnant with his baby. They ended up releasing her from her contract due to the length of it and her being unable to perform through it.
