People got real mad at me in there when I said I found the 1975 boring.

It used to be our most reported thread, back in the day. It calmed down a bit when one particular person got permabanned from the site.

 

i drink ~34 oz of water and ~24oz of coffee from when i wake up to 5pm during the week, and then another ~34oz of water during my workout and then idk like another couple cups during the rest of the night. I pee about every 1.5-2 hours

That thread though, woof. There's a reason I never go into those unpopular opinions threads. I get enough bad takes in the threads for things I'm actually interested in to want to never leave the safety of the General forum already, don't need those on top of them lol.

 

If it makes you feel any better, $9-$10 is the range of most jobs I see around here. $20/he equates to $40k salary, right? That’s a rough find. Really do hope the best for you.

Not bad, just...disappointing haha. But yeah, I just don't get the mentality behind those threads, like wanting to say things just to piss people off for no reason isn't something I generally try to do.

 

Yeah I wish something under that would cut it for me, but with what I pay in rent and childcare and everything I can't get by on $15/hr

I wish so too, but like I said, they actively seek to behave in that manner. I ignore pretty much everything those posters ever have to say, not just because they're toxic, but because they're very rarely insightful despite what their own egos make them believe.
