i can accept dylan's face on mine, sure, kevin is just going to betray sami eventually and i'm going to have to change it. but that's too far.

well, let's just say that i started at an unfortunate advantage
i took to heart a lot of the cliche tips and dropped 'em as i saw what was relevant to my body and metabolism
things i've eliminated:

• caffeine
• alcohol
• condiments
• buns
• concentrate-based juices, or really anything but water and an occasional glass of skim milk

my breakfasts are usually egg whites with cheese on a spin wrap, and for lunch i just eat a dense snack like a Belvita pack or something similar. then for dinner, i pretty much eat what i want outside of the bullets above. if im craving a burger i fry up a lean beef patty and put it on a sandwich flat, and sub fries for baked chips. i haven't dipped under 2 liters of water a day in a month or so.

it's easier than i gave it credit for, the key was staying with it until my appetite adjusted itself and what i was putting in it started to feel like enough. yesterday for dinner i had 4 mini hot dogs (i know, buns, but i'm lonely and it was v day dammit) from a place down the street with a stripe of sriracha down them, half of the $1.69 bags of doritos, and 8 ounces of pink lemonade... and i felt like i had eaten a literal feast haha.

exercise has just been walks, stretches, and squats. i am really excited for the weather to warm up so i can change that. next month is my first herbal cleanse and i can't wait to try it

 

getting lunch with my aunt at a great shop on Sunday though, and that beautiful $16 burger is all mine with no substitutions.

If you're using it as an ingredient or in coffee you can't really tell the difference

Also not everyone loves milk fat

 

yeah skim milk is like slightly tasty water that gets ridiculously cold, i really love it

obv not taking contents into account with that sentence i know it's not equal to water lol
