I'm a little nervous this get together I'm going to at a game place saturday doesn't have alcohol. I depend on it a little socially at this point. Not to get full on drunk but at least get more at ease.

 

yeah, it's a fuck ton of upfront costs when getting a dog, plus you'll have to buy food, kennel, toys, treats, shampoo, nail clippers, harness, collar, leash, etc etc etc. I've had to spend over $500 on toys/treats/supplies alone since I adopted her this weekend

Once your situation improves and you can swing it, you'll be so happy, man. it means you don't have to come home to an empty apartment and you're greeted every morning and night by something that loves you more than anything in the world. it's the best. it's cliche as fuck, but things will pick up for you and you'll find something soon. you're a smart likable dude and some place will be lucky to hire you.
