Awesome. If you aren’t already aware, basic premise is we drive across country stopping at different bars and clubs getting wasted while recording ourselves getting into shenanigans lol

 

This is like a much most funnest version of what I’ve been trying to do for my bday the past 4 years.

 

i feel like that premise fits basically this entire thread so way to not invite the rest of us dog with a freakin' blog

Lol, so was just gonna say to @Mr. Serotonin that i think the concept needs to be amended. Dog & Tonin’s Great A1 Adventure, where instead of just driving across country, we drive to each of the A1 locations (sorry Rob, you’re in season 2) and document that

yep, no specific diet. just moderation, replacing everything but my morning caffeine with water, and going for walks.

i also don’t sit when i play video games anymore, i make myself stand and do light squats/stretches. makes me feel like way less of a piece of shit and my lower back has been thanking me
