On another note, my wife and I watched the most recent episode of Waco tonight. I know it’s a dramatization, but there are definitely parts that make me sympathetic toward the people in the compound. I think there’s a lot that could’ve been prevented and if things were done differently, lives could’ve been saved on both sides.

Pesto Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 breast per person
- Pesto
- Roma tomatoes
- Mozzarella cheese

Directions
- cut chicken breasts in half so they cook better.
- Spread pesto on both sides of chicken.
- place in greased baking dish
- slice Roma tomatoes and place on top of chicken
- sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
- cook at 400 for 25-30 minutes (165 on meat thermometer)

I’ve never been to a match, or paid to watch them On pay-per-view. But I did take Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for several years, so I enjoy watching a really technical fighter who is skilled in that particular form of martial arts.
