Sharing our album with a beer tasting event today. Hopefully people don’t hate it. Haha

The event had us picking a beer for every song on the album which was actually a ton of fun. Heavier songs got heavier beers and lighter songs got lighter beers.

I’m down about 10 lbs (almost 5 kg) in the past 3 weeks just from cutting down on portion sizes and cutting down on fat :)

Today’s my daughter’s birthday party and there will be pizza, cake, and ice cream (along with other stuff) so it’ll be a challenge

 

That doesn't hurt the owners of the corporations nearly as much as it hurts the poor saps working at the specific store youre stealing from.
