    Happy Shakey Graves Day!

    He released the Sleep EP with 2 songs off the upcoming album.


    For those who don't know Shakey Graves and are interested today is the perfect day. Annually he has what he calls Shakey Graves Day and all his music on bandcamp is made pay-what-you-want with all proceeds going to charity. It actually lasts 72 hours. This year these are the charities he is supporting Health Alliance for Austin Musicians - HAAM and Southern Poverty Law Center.

    Pardon my french but i slept like fucking shit. At least its Friday and a good day for new releases. Definitely interested in checking out the new MGMT much more than I thought I would be. Other than that for me its Dashboard and Brian Fallon. Maybe more we'll see.

    The new Dashboard was better than I was expecting. Jason wasn't impressed so I went in with very low expectations. Maybe that's why I enjoyed it. If I went in with high expectations it might've been a letdown

    Yeah I liked it, except the second track and the closer. I also wish he would’ve re-done Heart Beat Here in a style closer to the other songs here.
