Hopefully making it home before the snow starts! It's supposed to really come down tonight through tomorrow morning.

I'm not a huge birthday celebrator, but we're going to have brunch with my family this Sunday. My kids gave me cards this morning and helped me open a gift from my wife. New socks and underwear! Woohoo!!!

haha. itll be interesting not having NHL players in, but i honestly get it. it wouldve been sweet to see McDavid, Crosby, and Stamkos all on the same time.

 

I really wish the Blank Books EP was available on vinyl instead of only cd and digital. I would totally snag a copy.

I'm still interested in watching the hockey men and honestly maybe even more so the women's. Since I'm familiar with all the players. They pretty much always have the same squad. I love Marie-Philippe Poulin!

 

The shitty part about no NHL players is that Russia has plenty of NHL caliber players not playing in the NHL

And why is everyone else sending their junior players? Rasmus Dahlin and Eeli Tolvanen are in and Canada gets a bunch of dirty veterans?

Kinda stoked there's no dumb two week break in the NHL. It really kills the momentum for a lot of teams.

Eh it makes the olympics lame without the NHL players

 

Bernier had such a good streak there. Like ten games won in a row or something? Hopefully they can get back into that! It was really fun to watch.

 

I just don't like it.

I'll watch some of the events after the fact, but I don't need to watch 24-7 coverage of it.

I also don't like to watch hockey and that's one of the major events.


plus it messes up my tv schedule.
