She's doing the vegan thing now. She explained it to me but I wasn't paying that much attention.

 

My life when someone says "So you're doing the vegetarian and vegan thing now huh? How's that going?"

Right when you start explaining you watch their expression glass over because they actually don't give a shit lol

 

I've been "talking to" a girl recently who is vegan and I'm wondering how that will affect my life if things work out

 

My thing is it's too hard. This entire weekend when we ate she couldn't eat certain things bc they were cooked with butter. I would just get fed up with having to deal with all that.

If you guys ever make enchiladas, buy this stuff:


Put a little bit of the sauce and cheese (I use Sargenta Mexican blend usually) in each enchilada, and the rest on top of all of them with more cheese. I usually put onions and jalapeneos and pepper on top as well. They're so good. The sauce really sets it off.

This is my favorite! But I use it for chicken haha.

 

I haven't tried that one yet! Sounds pretty good though.

 

@Mr. Serotonin It's great! One time I cooked some chicken in a crockpot, and then shredded it up and put some shrimp with it + that sauce. So good..

 

Those look really is and convenient. I'm def going to try those.

 

That sounds phenomenal! I usually pair shrimp with steak. Don't know why i haven't used it with chicken yet.

I made some homemade bowls. Had a layer of cilantro lime brown rice, a layer of salsa, then a layer of cheese/tomato/scallion/cilantro mixture, then the meat on top.

I did it. They were good.

 

Totally buying some of those sauces.

 

Made some burrito bowls tonight. Threw chicken, rice, and salsa verde in the crockpot. Then made corn. Threw it all in a bowl on top of some crushed hint of lime tortilla chips, and threw some lime juice, cheese, and sour cream on top

 

They are the BEST!!!!

I even use that cilantro lime sauce in ground beef. I also mix a packet of taco seasoning with it. I use Chi-Chi's taco seasoning and the flavors of the two mix well.

 

Just working with what I got! Making baked potatoes with broccoli, cheese, sour cream, and veggie bacon bits. Except I only have mozz cheese so we're getting craaaazy up in here

 

I'm pretty hungry right now if I'm being honest

 

I ate coleslaw and BBQ chicken. It was alright.
