ehh.. misadventures is more like it. been kind of a shitty day tbh

I did have Five Guys for dinner tho so that was cool. also managed to find some of these, which I've been really looking forward to trying. they might be my favorite of all their coffees

 

all the schools in my town are shutting down for the rest of the week bc flu is so bad. i don't think that's ever happened in all my time here. pretty crazy.

Speaking of adventures I just had one at dinner...

1/2 price combo fajita night tonight so we went. My son was sitting in a booster seat attached to the chair. Not sure how it happened but the chair ended up falling backwards and he hit his head. Got free ice cream, comped our meal and gave us a free $50 giftcard out of it.

Here's the kicker, I work for the company it belongs to but didn't say anything about it.

Should I have? Should I call tomorrow and thank the manager?

me too. they are one of my biggest vices. this one is very good. I found it at Walmart in the front with all the other cold drinks. not sure how widespread they are yet

 

never had an actual Monster before but their coffees are dope

had to switch it to the Rockets-Heat game. the Cavs are just too damn depressing to watch

 

I hate non Java Monsters

 

I trust your opinion on them. they never interested me enough to even try one

haven't had an energy drink in forever but when i do i get java monsters. heard good things about these, reaaaally want to try one.

 

you'll love it but make sure you get the vanilla and espresso one. I hear the other one is kinda bad
