I was a major dumbass on AP. I'm kinda glad all the stupid crap I've said is deleted.

 

I appreciate this but I promise my first year or two on AP.... it was bad hahah

 

Yeah the popcorn eating emoji would get used on page 1 by someone when we knew it would get interesting/a hot mess haha

Do you remember me at all? I kept a pretty low key profile well for the first like 2-3 i only lurked never posted. But towards the end i was posting more.

The weirdest was when chorus existed and there were like 100 or so users testing it but AP also existed and I also was flipping back and forth between the two forums and forgetting what conversations I was having where lol

I do miss all the old AP.net reviews. Wish they'd been archived somewhere. That website was how I first got into Owen, among countless other bands I'm sure.

 

I just remember going on to AP one day and seeing it was changing to chorus I was so confused. And I didn’t want AP to close. But I have to say I love chorus more than AP now. I started lurking on here too but then ‘Bored To Death’ dropped and I wanted to get in on talking about this song I thought was so awesome and there you guys now have BTDandFeelingThis

 

Lol I so remember Jason asking if any users were interested in being testers and I figured it would just be a new version of AP and didnt bother volunteering so when the switch happened it definitely took me by surprise. And then I could see how ppl I interacted on AP and they had been on Chorus already for like a month I felt betrayed and deceived that they had not told me lol. Not really but i do wish i offered to do it as well.

 

Well I remember it was weird because it was kind of like a secret that everybody knew, but I think most people were still unsure if they should talk about it much haha.
Also the era of chorus where it overlapped with AP was very interesting because it was 100% music talk and zero shit posting hahaha, which is weird.

Yeah I found most of the stuff I listen to through AP which is awesome.

 

I had no idea Chorus was coming. Which is surprising since i was quite active at the end. No one who was testing hinted at that at all. So when it happened on April fools i thought it was a joke and couldnt believe it at first. Once i realized that none of it was getting archived i was pretty bummed since i had so many pages, reviews and a bunch of other AP related stuff bookmarked. Had i known ahead of time that it was happening I could of better prepared myself you know?

It is crazy to think that such a big part of the ~~scene just dissolved into thin air
