    I'm Back.

Inbox is better than Gmail and it is very good on iOS.

Be kind; everyone is on their own journey.

Hey Everyone! I'm pretty attached to my iphone, and couldn't imagine going to Android, but have been having storage issues that are hard to get past. Under 'manage storage' I'll have basically no space, yet when I sync with a hard cable to iTunes on my PC, it says I'll have 5+ GB of available space. This is not a 'Other' problem, I get rid of everything in my Deleted Pictures folder, and it's starting to perplex my brain a bit. I have had to do the Reset all Settings twice, but don't want to do it again.

    Any Suggestions?

The new iTunes update makes Apple Music run SO much more smoothly for me... I often didn't notice how choppy the app was until now with the dramatic improvement. I'm thinking this is in preparation for the big update/overhaul to Apple Music next month.

Wow, I'm very impressed... Apple Music runs really well now!! iTunes went from one of the slowest apps on my Mac to one of the fastest. Also it seems like Apple uses a different technology to stream songs now? This is what it shows if you're cycling between songs on an album/playlist on iTunes if you haven't loaded the song yet (note the "Live" on the right side):

They seem to have removed the ability to organise the way your saved albums appear? I usually view iTunes in album view and previously there was an option to view your albums by artist/year/etc etc and in ascending/descending order. There was also a recently added section that has disappeared. Not impressed so far tbh. Why take away control from the user?

Um because that's what Apple does.

Recently Added is still there, you just have to change to it from Artist view. I do agree removing the ability to organize is lame though.

  9. Those view options are still there. They're in the view menu on the top menu.

Has Apple Music on iOS always listed albums descneding by release year? I always thought it was alphabetical.

    I'm Back.

Ok, after coming from Android and never having owned an iPhone, can someone tell me if there is a way to STREAM from iTunes (on a PC) to my iPhone?

I use Google Play Music on my 6s plus as an alternative and it works flawlessly, just curious about Apple Music. I don't like having to store mp3 files onto my phone using up all of my storage.

Anyone having any trouble with their iPhone after yesterday's update? Mine was acting glitchy, so I reset it. When I turned it back on, and tried to unlock it with TouchID, the screen basically goes to that same white screen with the black Apple logo as if you were turning it on for the first time, vibrates, and then goes back to the home lock screen, all of this within a couple of seconds. Whenever I try to slide to unlock, it does the same thing, screen goes to white, vibrates, and takes me back to the home lock screen.

Figured I would try and restore from a backup through my Mac, so I connect the phone and open iTunes. Again same problem. My Mac can't access my phone until I unlock it, and I can't unlock it. Any suggestions???

@Jason Tate Just bought a new Mac for the first time in like 4 years, just got a computer for the first time since Chorus launched, and I have to say, the desktop version of this site is fucking immaculate. Kudos again.

For anyone interested, looks like there is a separate process that will bypass the lock screen and TouchID. I always used the holding down the home and sleep button to potentially restart the phone if necessary, but given the current situation that wasn't doing anything. If you connect the phone to iTunes and go through the same process, I didn't realize there was an even further recovery mode option. Going through the system wipe and update right now.

right so i paid for a month of apple music again to try and use it again. i really want to love it but it's testing me. I'm getting weird pauses and stops in the middle of songs and just there i was about halfway through a song that i uploaded from itunes on my mac and it stopped and skipped to the next song. internet is fine and fast here. has anyone else come across these kinds of things happening or have a solution?

    android app here.
