You are joking but this is a thing, except with Kevin Hart. He talked about it when he did press for Jumanji and Robin Williams was brought up a lot.

 

Ten years since the original was released. Really hoping for something on the Clover-front today.

 

Holy shit 10?

 

I took my dad to see this for his birthday way back then. Was before I graduated high school or college. Damn. Still my favorite theatre experience ever.

 

To this day, the level of excitement I had for the first movie has not been exceeded. That first teaser in front of Transformers - no title, just 1-18-08. My first experience with an ARG. Just so much fun. The surprise drop of 10 Cloverfield Lane is a close second.

 

Today is also the 10-year anniversary of the Katherine Heigl classic 27 Dresses

 

Still one of the best movie going experiences. I was in awe pretty much the entire time.

It’s beginning

 

The original is one of my favorite theater experiences ever, and Cloverfield Lane was one of my absolute favorite movies of 2016. I love this universe, bring on the new one.

 

Yep. No movie I saw in 2016 had me more on edge, and engrossed than 10CL.

I usually don't keep up with the ARG stuff, but I'm so enxcited/anxious for the new movie that I can't help it lol.

 

I’ll be very disappointed if this doesn’t get a theatrical release. If it’s anything like the first two, it needs to be experienced large and loud.

 

hmm while i agree a large and loud screen is ideal.... im NOT against a netflix idea either.

 

I like Netflix because these have already basically been the big studio movie versions of a surprise release, and I think Netflix would get this movie to us as soon as they have it

 

I’d be disappointed too. But I don’t see how this gets a theatrical release otherwise on a date like April 20 where several other big movies are being released.
