Once it warms up, I'm gonna go to the track and see how long I can do a mile in.

I'm guessing 7 or so.

 

I tried running on a path yesterday after seeing some improvements on treadmill over the past month. Apparently there's a huge difference because I couldn't run more than 1/8 mile at a time and overall I spent 5 minutes altogether running and 20 minutes walking :(

I only do treadmill, I need the structure and the push because on my own I have no clue how fast to go

 

I also only do treadmill. Mostly cause I suck, but also because running on the road hurts my body. I guess I could run on the beach but that sounds hard
