She’ll probably still be pregnant in season 9....without a baby bump.

That’s a complaint I have for this show. Seasons 5 - 8 take place within a few months and it’s getting old seeing the same characters without any changes.

 

I’m so not looking forward to this coming back on.

 

I feel like the show is 75% locker room speeches now and she's half of them lol

No way he survives. But I expect them to drag his death out through most of the second half.

 

Well I mean the first half of the season takes place over what, 5 hours? Carl probably has another 5 hours in him

Maggie probably has her baby in 2029 I'm guessing

 

I have only seen 2 episodes from season 8 and I haven’t even cared to read what happened in the others.

Lol AMC is really going to kill both Carl and Maggie before the Whisperers? It’s almost as if Warner Bros tossed in some of their strategy.

 

These actors gotta be sick of playing the same character for 8+ years. Especially now that ratings and critical success is declining. I’m sure in the next year or two, you’ll start to see Andrew and Norman and others threaten to leave for other gigs.

This show just needs to end.

 

But it's the best show ever! It can't end! Walking Dead for life!

Jon Bernthal was in The Punisher (which was great), Emily Kinney was in Conviction (which was... okay), Steven Yeun was in Okja (which I haven't seen, but sounds cool), Sonequa Martin-Green was in Star Trek: Discovery (which I also haven't seen, but also sounds cool), and Sarah Wayne Callies was in Colony (which I haven't heard anything about) after their characters were killed off TWD. Heck, even Danai Gurira was able to do Black Panther (which was great), and last time I checked (I haven't started this season), Michonne ain't dead. And also, Norman Reedus is going to be in Death Stranding, which looks super cool. The people who've left the show--and even some who are still on it--have gone on to do some pretty cool things. Andrew Lincoln and Melissa Mcbride are so good on the show, and yet the show as a whole isn't good. Their talents should be better spent elsewhere. The show ending would be the best thing for all of us.

 

I would be best for anyone who used to like The Walking Dead so that the clock can start ticking for the inevitable remake 5 years from now which will hopefully be better.

As most people predicted, Negan’s introduction was the climax of the show and everything is just downhill from the stuff before it.

 

Never thought that I’d get sick of JDM but him as Negan was buyable for about 3 episodes before it became comical. (pun severely intended)

the good news is that this show's premise sounds terrible, so i give it less than a season

but really if they get rid of maggie i have no use for this show anymore. just give me a carol spinoff and i'll be on my way.

 

Idk if I even have any characters that I care if they die or leave honestly. Maggie's speeches have been one of the worst parts of the show for awhile for me now. There are actors and characters I should love but the writing is just doing everybody in at this point

Edit: Carol is probably the only one I give a crap about I would say

I hope it was Lover I Don’t Have To Love and it was a long montage of dudes and zombies spitting ecstasy into each others mouth.
