My buddy is a head chef and he got so sick of steaks coming back despite being cooked to proper temp he started using a thermometer. Then, steaks kept coming back despite that and after like three months he started just taking the steak, re-plating it onto a clean plate and sending it back out. Nearly 100% of the time the customers raved about how well cooked it was.

 

I had a really good friday. I hope y'all did, too.
