whenever anything happens to anyone's pets, i just wanna go home and squeeze Barry. the humane society told us he was 5 which would make him 6 & 1/2 now, but some days he seems much younger and some much older. i feel like i have no idea when i may lose the guy and of the 20ish pets i've had in my life none of 'em have loved the shit out of me like Barry!

 

My cat just turned 15. He'll live to be 25.

It’s kinda a long story but the main point is someone tried to steal out of my friends purse and this girl was a giant bitch in general. My friend felt her purse move around and she turned around the girl retracted her hand really fast and her eyes went up towards the sky. Extremely guilty body language. So my friend turns around and is like “what the fuck are you doing? Are you fucking serious? My purse is unzipped and it moved!!” And the girl said nothing back. Which I find odd but maybe cause she had nothing to say cause she was wrong. She caught her and nothing was stolen thankfully. She was being extremely rude to not only us but the people around us too. She even kept booing one of opening bands. Like you’re just a sad shit person if you do that. So I tell my friend let’s move away from her fuck this. And as we are moving away my friends yelling at everyone making a crowd PSA “do not stand next to this bitch she’s a fucking thief.” So then she tried to say some shit back and im like oh shit...we about to fight. My friend has no problem with calling people out and works on emotion so I thought I was gonna have to help her. Anyways,later on we see her get into some other altercation with some other girl and her bf finally pulled her out of the crowd before the show ended. Then my friend was walking outside and passed by the girl and she tried to come at her but her bf grabbed her again. I also want to mention she was not drunk or did not appear drunk in any way. This chick just awful and shitty sober.

I can let things slide a lot and I’m a really level headed person but this girl really just was awful and I wish we fought cause she deserved it. It was a sold out show so hard to move around but after the show my friend just happened to pass by a security guard and talked to them and their suggestion was to grab her by the hand and bring her to security. Like no! You think that wouldn’t cause a huge altercation by grabbing this girl by the hand and forcing her to do get out of crowd to security.

 

God it is so fucking hard to just sit at a desk. That's by far the most difficult part about my job.

I’ll definitely want a standing desk whenever I return to a desk job.

IKEA has one I could set up at home pretty easily but it doesn’t really work in my room.

 

I just get up to walk around every few minutes. Instead of calling someone else in my office, I'm walking.

I’m about to buy a pair for that wedding I’m in. My dad has been a customer of theirs my whole life, but wanted an opinion of someone closer to my age’s opinion.

There’s an outlet near here I’m hoping to find a pair/matching belt.

 

My friend has been living with me for three weeks and she was finally able to move in to her apartment yesterday (the complex only lets you move in the first of the month for some reason) and it's so nice to have my own space back. We were basically at each others throats every other day but I suppose that's not so different than usual, just had nowhere to retreat to

 

I never get to sit at work and it blows too tbh

 

I like their shoes a lot. Very comfortable and a good selection of styles. I typically buy my dress shoes online and only buy shoes from their "sale" section. Some of the shoes are really discounted there:

Finding a pair of J&M dress shoes under $100 always feels like a good deal to me, as each pair typically lasts me several years and their quality/look is of a much higher price-point.

The outlet is definitely a good option too.

 

I couldn't imagine working a desk job .I'd lose my mind . After working in restaurants for so long anything less than complete chaos would be so boring.

 

I'd rather be sitting all day than standing in one place all day
