Does anybody remember the episode of American Dad with My Morning Jacket in it?

I remember turning it on and freaking out because I thought it was supposed to be JV. I think it looks more like him when he had his longer unkempt hair

Ok you guys need to check out Bahamas once and for all. @Kennedy he's a fellow canuck. @Larry David you too since I basically consider you to be Canadian too. @vidiviciveni and I can't be the only 2 that listen to him. He deserves way more love on here. I know @KidLightning played the new record. Love the opener on Earthones such a strong start to the record.

I’m jealous of anyone going to the 10 year show but I did get to see 22, A Million in full at the Hollywood Bowl as well as the stunning weekend 2 performance at Coachella with all those guests

 

The Hollywood Bowl performance was great and I wasn't even there. That's right around the time he started changing up some things in the original songs.

 

what's the band everybody has seen the most live? how many times?

 

I would love to see 22, A Million so I'm very jealous of that. I do really hope they do a solid set before or after For Emma, which I'm sure they will since it's not a very long album.

 

I'll be honestly kinda upset if it doesn't go for 2h30m+

 

Underoath, 11 or 12 times. Once met a girl who saw em 44 times though haha

 

Here's a good place to start. He reeled in Pino Palladino to play on this record which should count for something hugely

probably not completely accurate, but growing up in El Paso there were few shows to go to. mostly went to Warped Tour once a year from 2003-2007 I think.

korn and disturbed played in el paso a lot.

But yes @KidLightning I can def somewhat agree on the complaints you had on the second track for me its too repetitive and kinda sticks out like a sore thumb after the excellent opener but imo track 3 totally redeems it and puts the record right back on track. Pink Strat his excellent debut was much more solo just him and his guitar. (prob still my favorite of his tbh) But from his second record on the female harmonies have been more and more predominant. It really enhances everything especially live so dynamic and he's such a great guitar player. His licks are so subtle and underrated.

@bachna84 and @awwgereee another one to add to your lists. I recommend Pink Strat since its so short barely over half an hour but also the new one. Then if you like those two you really can't go wrong with album deux et trois.
