I need 68g of protein a day and I can only imagine how many veggies that is. Thanks for the chart. I’ll have to spend more time checking it out not on mobile.

There are vegan bodybuilders out there so it can be done. Neither of us are trying to build mass though so not the best source on that specifically. But if I were I would just eat a lot of food.

As is I don't think at all about how much protein I'm getting, and I think what Kaitie said about people believing they need way more protein than they actually do is correct
