Ehhhhhhhhh, as much as a fan as she claims to be, I highly doubt Ronda is like to Vince, "Just put me on Main Event with Dana! I gotta earn my stripes!" I mean, her first night in the company involved her getting in the ring with the top 3 female talent and pointing at the WrestleMania sign, so...

I mean, Brock isn't human, but I think his previous WWE stuff played an even bigger role in them treating him the way they did. And Ronda had a more impressive MMA career than Brock did on top of that. I wouldn't even be opposed to her having the Brock type treatment if it didn't go on too long and if it took place after her getting full training/going through NXT, but that was never going to happen.

I'd be absolutely fine with this. Again, I can't stress this enough, I want to be wrong here. I have nothing against Ronda and I want to enjoy watching wrestling. I just don't trust WWE to actually pull something like that off. It'd be great though. Would work well if she does end up not being great in the ring at first too.

What about this whole thing so far has led you to the conclusion that she doesn't want the spotlight? Her two WWE appearances have been at Mania with The Rock and Triple H and closing the show at the Royal Rumble.

I think what’s being forgotten is that Brock was in WWE first and Rousey wasn’t. So I feel like it will be even worse with her.

I think everyone's initial thoughts were

"oh my god they are going to let her run through Asuka"

Ok, I see what you mean. The point I'm trying to make is that people are still saying it now. Even after she was confirmed full-time and reportedly working with fuckin Steph, of all people, for the next three months. It's one thing to think that back in October when we knew nothing. It's a little different now, and just seems like a way to push a narrative.
