@Fucking Dustin Where do I find the best Texas BBQ?

 

Good question (and thank you for all the kind words)!

I would first do some investigation. Laura and I are really good at this stuff, so we'd try and find out if we can gather any information on the name we received on the package. We'd search various social media outlets such as Facebook or LinkedIn to find someone who crossreferences with the evidence we already have and get in touch with them to make it easier.

If this is not possible, and we cannot locate the person, I would go ahead and take the package back to the UPS store. It's something I'd want someone else to do for me, so I'd be happy to do it.

I think I'd choose Persona 5. It's a good question and hard to narrow down to just one, but I love the idea of the vigilante modern superhero who solves the crises we face constantly as a society instead of the "destroy the world" typical crises. I also want a talking cat.

Also my wife is basically the IRL Makoto so the transition to Persona 5 would be very easy.

2. I like the name A2, and I feel like (not really a spoiler but just my own fan theory) Anemone is A1.

I'm not really sure what I'm hoping for. It'd be cool to have an Anemone game, where it goes through her backstory with A2 and fills in the gaps with Devola and Popola, Emil, shows the rise of the Commander, etc. But if it's a genuine sequel, I'd like to see it very very far in the future. Maybe a new civilization being born out of the memories of those on the ark, and seeing this civilization at its peak state to allow the new decline. I want to say that I don't need a sequel and I'm happy with the NieR and Automata plots, but who am I to deny Yoko Taro? I'm sure it'll be perfect and not at all what I'd expect.

My kids do not have a great attention span for movies hahaha but we watched A Bug's Life together this past weekend and I loved that. A Bug's Life was one of my favorite movies as a kid, I used to watch it once a week, and I'm glad I could show it to my kids.

It is but the word celebrity in itself is pretty dumb too so who am I to judge

Ooh damn this is a good one. It's hard to go wrong with barbecue in Texas. I always hear the best is in Houston but I haven't gotten to try many Houston joints. My favorite to go to in the Dallas area is Hutchins in McKinney. Lockhart is great too and I hear good things about Pecan Lodge but I feel like Pecan Lodge has the touristy status at this point and Hutchins is the way to go in Dallas.

 

I just realized it's my uncle's birthday party that day so I'll periodically avoid my family to answer questions about 311 yes I'm committed

 

Like really there isn't anywhere in Texas you could go that would be bad, I've never had a bad barbecue experience in Texas outside of national chains or whatever

I think I'm always gonna be partial to his verse on the Get By remix. He's had much better verses on other artists' songs but that verse spoke to me so much given where he was in his career when he wrote it and that it was his first moment REALLY stepping toe to toe with the giants.
