When I was a photo assistant I was photographing a wedding that had real swans and they were fucking aggressive and mean. Apparently they’re extra aggressive during mating season and I walked by one and it started chasing me. It was a spectacle.

 

I’ve used a trash can lid as a shield before. Try that next time, it helped a lot.
