And this is the NXT tag team problem. None of them last because they dont have a clear cut gimmick...they got over on the strength of the story that brought them together. So they have to break them up, and if that falters, they could always bring them back together and recreate that NXT magic.

Alexa Bliss and Corey Graves are probably the two best things to come out of the NXT tag division so far.

Revival and AOP will rewrite that, and if DIY got back together on the main roster, they would be too.

I love Gable now that him and Jordan aren't together anymore.

 

Yeah the split has benefited gable a lot more as he has the arrogant, cocky attitude down well. And Jordan is just a nerd.

 

see I'd argue the opposite. I think Jordan is positioned well as a Bo Dallas heel that they actually believe in (and he's working with top talent), while Gable is stuck floundering in the SD tag division
