My mom is cleaning out the house I grew up in (shes moving out) and she found these pictures of me and my dad in my baseball days. He always coached me and couldnt be a better parent at doing it. Its been almost three years since hes been gone. These pictures mean so much to me and I thought i’d share with you guys.

Saw Carly Rae last night!! She was a wonderful flawless unappreciated angel. She should've played way longer but whatever!! The girls in front of us were like making fun of her and ironically cheering along and they almost caught an elbow from me!! Katy was... expected. I saw her during warped and teenage dream and enjoyed it but this was the worst of the times. I felt so out of place as an adult. She's clearly catering to a younger audience than myself. She spent like ten minutes memeing around with left shark. It was awkward how her own stans aren't checking for any Witness songs. Also confirmed that popstars who don't dance well but have a mob of backup dancers are not my thing and I get little to no enjoyment from it. Also I do not like Tacoma.

When that tour was announced I just got the notification that Carly had announced a show and got really excited til I saw it was opening for Katy.

I kinda like Katy Perry but not enough to pay arena prices for her

 

What a charitable queen!! She's blessing the masses with her pop genius in such a selfless way!!

 

Im a casual fan and I saw Katy on the Teenage Dream tour and I thought she was better than people give her credit for. She isn't a horribly bad performer like no worse than Taylor or Selena or most other pop girls. Her aesthetic is just so off. She had all of these extravagant huge tour props but they weren't coherent and made no sense, whereas teenage dream was like a cohesive vision. And yeah she did a lot of annoying bits catered to young fans which they seemed to love but made me feel awkward and out of place as an adult. She did invite a dad on stage which was cute. I don't necessarily regret paying the price to go but i would much rather have seen carly headline a tour on her own. She also had no merch there which was disappointing

 

Yeah I saw some pics & clips from Katy's show on Carly's Instagram and it looked like a spectacle at least.

There's an Emotion t-shirt I want on her site that I should probably get before the next album cycle starts

 

The big production is part of the reason I decided to give it a go but yeah they were just kinda weird lol. Like I wasn't high enough for it all haha.

Well she introduced him as his birthday or anniversary or something because of superbowl weekend. Idk if she brings him out every night. It was okay at first but she has it go on waaaay too long. The kids behind me loved it tho
