To be fair I don't talk to a ton of people besides my friends. The only two gluten free people I know post here

 

I feel like people being annoying about diet is something people complain about more than it actually happens, and it winds up being more annoying
I just feel bad that gluten free being a trend legitimizes the struggle of being celiac to some that's lame

 

theres worse things to do than talk about food you like

Yeah I mean given how much we talk about food here it's weird to complain when other people do because they eat differently

 

actually this is a good thing to bring ppl together tbh. maybe its my grandpa's super italian genes in me but food is a super connector lol. he always treated whatever meal as a time to connect with people, share/experience with them, and just enjoy new/favorite dishes.
on top that.. literally spent hours talking to my friend/interest hopefully at work about food and being open minded culturally with food earlier since we both from different realms of the spectrum. just nice to connect however it may be.
food will open eyes just as much as music or any other form of culture.

 

I like when people need stuff to be gluten free at work bc it just drives up the bill and more $$$$ means more tips, generally

It's actually unfair if you have an allergy that you have to pay more to get that accommodated bc it costs more to buy those ingredients. Like it isn't yr fault you have a gluten intolerance or what have you

 

I’m off now thankfully, got it done faster than they expected. Still need to come in tomorrow though because we’re receiving more to process. Ah well.
