Yeah I got that earlier as well.

 

Oh, looked on Amazon and it sounds like the servers are going live on the 24th. They're just sending it to us (presumably) a day early so we can install it and play that night when the servers go live. That's pretty cool of them.

 

I still haven't started Type-0.

Super annoyed with Amazon. Was supposed to have Uncharted 4 on Thursday and it still hasn't come..

 

Nobody knows exactly at the moment other than no new figures, playsets, or updates. If/when they shut the servers down it will impact the toy boxes which allow you to create new worlds and whatnot, and that would probably be the biggest impact.

Man Disney Infinity 3.0 was a great great game. Might have to buy that Marvel set before it goes completely.

Ah, so the servers should stay up for a while to come, right? And is there a single player aspect?

We have the original Disney Infinity and all we played was the single player story mode thing. I think it's referred to as the play set whereas the toy box is the online element.

 

That is correct, so that will be enough to last for a while, especially with the release of the Finding Dory set yet (plus I do have 2.0 so I just need to get her into Marvel and then the Star Wars 3.0 sets and I'll have plenty to go with). I'm just thinking ahead of what we do after we've exhausted those, and the community toy boxes do offer a lot of additional mini games. I'm just going into parent mode on this since it affects my kid. I should probably happy since it'll save me money with no more figures being produced haha.

 

Trying to get FFVI on an emulator because I never beat it and I want to.

 

Playing Uncharted 4. Downloading Doom. Overwatch comes out soon.

Was very apprehensive of the new DOOM given the Multiplayer beta kind of sucked and they didn't really send out early review copies to anyone.

Nice to see the positive reaction to it.

 

DOOM mp beta was awesome to me lol.

 

MP was unbalanced, loadouts in arena shooter is no bueno

 

How is Heavensward? Didn't realize it was an Expansion that I'd have to buy, worth 40 bucks?

 

Doom gets better deeper into the game. Its a bit too mindless for me.

It's worth it in my opinion but see if you can find it cheaper somehow, my friend recently got it for $20. But it does expand a LOT of the world/give 3 new classes/open up flying mounts/etc so I'd say it's worth it if you play enough to get to that point

 

Honestly I'm cool with that. The Witness and Dark Souls 3 were both pretty stressful.

 

I do have a level 50 charactet but it's been about 2 years since I last played so I'm super rusty. Always a pain trying to pick back up a character in a MMO when uou haven't played in awhile, basically forget every single spell and the hot bar may as well be in a foreign language.

 

Why is The Witness stressful?

Haven't played yet but it might be next on my list

 

Due To the fact it has some of the hardest puzzles ever constructed in a video game. I gave up on certain areas.
