damn all 1 star!! I mean full disclosure I have pretty low standards I guess. but idk it did keep me in suspense and the jump scares (though few) worked on me lol. It was definitely a bit of a wtf storyline and ENDING.

 

Sounds entertaining at least. I added it to the list.

 

I didn’t read any reviews of it. This is the first I’ve heard it any negative press. That’s baffling to me.

 

There was a couple of articles that went up a few days before and maybe that weekend that were kind of deeming it things like "Dave and his guest, still raw and trying to find their grooves" and things like that. Maybe they expected more? It read as luke warm but either way I'm excited for the next one.

 

It was dull as fuck to be fair.

 

I did not like A Serious Man.

 

Just watched Bright and it was pretty okay. Super hamfisted and weird first 30 minutes but I was enjoying it by the end

 

Honestly when I first saw it like 4-5 years ago I didn’t really like it. Though now that it’s up I’m kinda excited to re watch it.

 

I kind of liked wormwood, not usually into that kind of genre but the way it was done was enjoyable for me.

 

It's possible that I went in expecting something totally different. And I'm sure there's a lot of symbolism that I didn't pick up on. I just found it to be really low-tier Coen Brothers.

 

Does anyone know of any good music related movies or documentaries that have been added to Netflix recently?

 

There’s a Foo Fighters doc on there that’s p good. Also that Keith Richards one I thought was good.

 

When You're Strange (The Doors) is great.

Also, if Back and Forth is the Foo Fighters doc that the Cameron mentioned, then I second that recommendation.

 

Bad Day For the Cut is a decent revenge film if you’re interested in an Irish Blue Ruin-lite.

I hate that everything is moving to Hulu and I gotta suffer thru commercials. I'm gonna be annoyed if Hulu gets everything I watch and I have to switch to it from Netflix completely smh. If they ever take off Friends or forensic Files off Netflix I'd watch nothing!!
