Also the problem with the Pop interviews is that he's never going to stop until the media makes a big deal about it. And instead they enjoy it and see it as almost like a badge of honor. But then they get mad when anyone else does it. There was that one post from Doris Burke (I think), or another female reporter, where she talked about how it affected her but nobody really ran with it

 

LeBron is asked question about Curry and the MVP. Says at least four times Curry should have won this year. Says what everyone says about how it's weird that we don't really know what MVP means is it best or valuable or what but that Curry definitely should win,"is it even a debate?" - "definitely deserving" - etc.

Curry asked about it, responds "I've gotten really good at ignoring people."

I would like to have see how the reporter presented his question to Steph to get that response. I can't see Steph responding that way if he had heard the full quote from LeBron. The reporter likely took LeBron's statement out of context when asking Curry his opinion on it.
