I'm allowed to wish a band I like and am paying to see was playing with bands I also wanted to see, making it into a personal attack feels pretty unwarranted

The majority of this website would dislike a lot of what I listen to and that's okay

no sense continuing any sort of provocation, clearly ppl are passionate about the band and that rules, just feel said passion shouldn't discredit my lack thereof and we should leave it at that

 

I've never once thrown a tantrum in my life and I'm not throwing one here

 

Juturna is by faaaar my fav but in general it took me years to get into the band. That album really influenced me as a guitarist too.

there are records that have helped me through tumultuous periods in my life, that does not mean I expect everyone else to understand my experiential relationship with them nor does it void or mean they should withhold their personal opinions for my sake

but I ain't here for that don't be weak shit, let's all get along and show some empathy here people - there's no reason my comment needed to or should've lead to any of this

If the tone could get dialed back about 10 notches in here, that'd be fantastic.

There's no reason disliking a band needs to lead to personal attacks - from anyone. Music tastes are entirely subjective and nobody owes anyone an explanation for liking OR disliking a band. Just operate with a little more kindness. Thanks.

i do apologize that my comments about leaving after foxing were hurtful, and i didn't mean it at all as a diss towards a band you like as much as i was complaining about money. i do agree that it's better to just shut up about stuff i don't like if it's not a productive conversation. i disagree completely that this site is better without you

 

Hope Foxing plays some new stuff on this tour. I’m soooooo excited for this tour. My date is in a p small venue. Also I’m really hoping Circa plays more Amulet deep cuts.
