I've had MANY bad experiences with ladders. When I was in college, I painted houses for a summer and somehow, we were painting like, huge mansions, and we had to go very high up and we always had difficulties with the ladders, some would slide around, it was hard to plant them in the ground so they wouldn't move, I had one buddy who was painting the garage, had to set up the ladder on the cement and it just started...sliding away from the garage and he was forced to jump off.

Transporting the ladders were a nightmare. One time on the free way the ladder started to fall off my friend's pick-up truck so i was literally hanging onto the ladder out his rear window going 70 on the freeway. Had that thing fallen off it would have been a 10-car pile-up.

Fuck ladders.

I agree man, fuck a ladder. I see ladders now and i'm like "I don't need you, guy". I'll just hang out with tall friends instead.
