Uhhh Bouye never put his hand on Cooks?? His JOB is to pin him against the sideline while targeting the ball and not restricting him with his hands? Cooks was the only one who pushed?

Agreed. Bouye played it clean and forced Cooks out of bounds by running with him and forcing him to the boundary and then Cooks initiated contact because he didn't want to get illegal touching
