    That's it.
I'm taking a full on nose-dive into their back catalog for the rest of the week.

I listened to it while on a long car ride earlier and my mind was equally (if not more) blow as the first time I heard it. Now I'm listening to the vinyl and it's still so magical. I went to the A-B life tour (that show was a nightmare due to the venue, sadly), but I was shocked in talking to people there that a lot of them had either not heard Pale Horses, or disliked it. And the ones who did like it were like "You know, it's good. But it's probably my least favorite". And yes, people there liked It's All Crazy! more. I love that album. But I know a lot of mwY fans that I see online don't, or rate it at the worst. All this to say, it's shocking to me just how underrated this album is.

I'm curious if North Carolina just has a weird isolation of exceptions to the rule of the average mwY fan. But I did talk to a good chunk of people, and heard even more than that talking in the crowd/the line outside about it and was shocked.

I’d seen mwY a couple times and knew some songs of foxes but didn’t really pay active attention to em til ten stories. Then pale horses knocked me on my ass and I’ve seen 3 times since. Pretty sure 16-20 year old me would’ve disliked it, but it’s now one of my favorite records of the last several years.

I followed the same trajectory. Ten Stories ushered me in and Pale Horses sealed the deal.

I listened to Brother, Sister, then Pale Horses then Ten Stories. All after Pale Horses had come out. I was missing out for so long haha.

Feel sorry for you all. Discovered [A—>B] Life when I was 13 a few months before CFUTF came out. I’ve never looked back. They’re the band that has influenced my life unlike any other. I still remember the excitement and anticipation waiting for Brother, Sister to release the day after my birthday in 2006.

But seriously, what a band. I’m just thankful they’re still active and actually enjoying life and the music they’re creating in 2018. Crazy really!

I had a friend who made me copies of Brother, Sister and CFUTF and i really liked them. I didn’t value Aaron as a lyricist at first though, i just thought they were a rockin’ band. Then i was at a store and saw ‘it’s all crazy ... ‘ and looked it up because i hadn’t heard of it, and turns out it had just come out that day so i bought it. It was the first record of theirs that i fell in love with. It was warm but also kind of creepy. It gave me the same feeling that In the Aeroplane Over the Sea used to give me. It’s where i first realized how singular Aaron was as a writer, so retroactively i got back into their previous two records. I was 100% ready and looking forward to Ten Stories, and it completely delivered too. I’ve got more faith in this band to deliver stellar, thoughtful music on each release than almost anyone.

I remember checking out It's All Crazy after hearing about how fantastic this band was on AP. I thought they were horrible and didn't give them another chance until Ten Stories came out, after loving that I went back to Brother, Sister and CFUTF and that's when they really became one of my favourite bands.

I bought CFUTF after hearing “Paper Hanger” on an alternative Christian rock compilation (I believe it was called “X”). I hated the song at first and and, really, for a while. But I kept coming back to it; something about it kept me coming back. So I bought CFUTF, liked it for the most part, but they didn’t click with me until Brother, Sister came out. I still remember getting it the day it came out and feeling blown away, totally overwhelmed. I saw them open for Brand New a few months later, I think, and I was gone by that point—a total fanboy.

I can still remember the first time I listened to CFUTF while sitting in my car in the rain sadly eating McDonald's pies. My girlfriend had just broken up with me and I was feeling awful, and the album just hit so hard. That album was completely life-changing in so many ways. It helped me through difficult relationships in high school and college, helped me with depression and anxiety, re-shaped my religious beliefs, and actually led to meeting my wife. It's still my go-to album when I'm struggling with something. It's cool to see that album has had such a huge impact on other people as well.

Listened to a little bit of Brother Sister when I was 15. Thought it was wack. Then, a couple months later, I saw them open for Brand New and they blew my god damn mind and I’ve been hooked since
