Listened again this morning. Such a strong release, fully formed, consistent throughout, tonally perfect. Obviously a spiritual record; however, I connect more with the nostalgia of it as well as the numerous odes to his daughter and fiance. Love filled album, will definitely be one to listen to all summer

 

I forget that not everyone has Apple Music. It's become such a staple in my life that I can't imagine being without it.

Played Same Drugs, How Great and Blessings (2) for the kids.

 

Same Drugs is so good. everything is so good

 

Same Drugs and Angels both made me choke up. I love this release. Only song that interrupted the ethereal beauty for me was Juke Jam, which isn't bad by any means but just felt noticeably weird/not that great compared to everything else, though I thought Bieber sounded great.

 

Is Same Drugs about a person or the city of Chicago?
