Yeah didn’t she say she didn’t know what Marla Maples was talking about when she declared that Trump had been the “best sex of her life?” (Which, if it wasn’t obvious before that he had somehow required her to say that, it is now). I can’t imagine Trump being anything other than the stereotypical “two pumps, rolls over and goes to sleep” kinda guy.

Need to replace the leadership from within. People arguing that both sides were the same had something of a point 30 years ago when there were conservative democrats and liberal republicans, but that's no longer true. It doesn't seem like that fully sunk in until the 2016 primaries in the population's mind though, and there are still some holdouts (especially among corporate media types).

The parties really are ideologically distinct, but most of the democratic party leadership came up in times when the parties weren't and they haven't been replaced yet. Primaries against conservative democrats who enable Trump (not types like Manchin who are holding difficult general seats - ones like Feinstein who are flat out harmful compared to any other alternative from their state) are a good idea, and once the next round of elections goes through and there are younger democrats available for positions of power it will be a lot easier to change the party. Corporate types are going to be the ones to retain power when there is littler interest in the elections, due to having an easier time retaining funding.
