I don't think that Giordano hit was especially dirty. Aho brought his head down as Gio was coming over. I can understand the ejection from a certain standpoint because of the injury but I don't believe that there should be any more punishment than that. I do feel bad that Aho was hurt on the play though.

Pretty much. Aho’s head was down and Giordano was going for a shoulder-to-chest hit. Match penalty was enough punishment and even then it was probably an overreaction from the refs. Can’t see that being a suspension.
