It feels a lot like Bullet Club and The Elite are two separate entities. Tama Tonga reposting stuff like this makes me feel like he feels left out.

I'd love it if he recaps the trip a bit on a future episode.

 

It's crazy too cause everything I've read said the crowd was dead for most of the night cause the opening match was a dud and took the air out of the place.

That’s ending scene was shown in the past, I think that’s a tease for the “All In 2018” show in September. The “match nobody thought we would ever see” is definitely teasing a Punk return as was rumored. Who do you think he would face if it really ends up happening? Kenny?

I still don't think Punk will be at All In. If he is though, I feel like that doesn't help the Bucks claim that they can sell 10K. This just proves they can get a buddy who is one of the biggest draws in the sport on the planet to sell 10K tickets.

 

Part of me feels like Bryan could be at All In. What if this storyline with KO/Sami/Shane is leading up to his departure?

 

His contract expires in September, so unless he gets terminated 3 months prior, I doubt he can make it

 

He would be available in late September, but the guys needed to make the event during a holiday weekend to allow for travel.

i was filling out the MM challenge bracket. damn that shits hard. trying to get into the head of 'creative' of what they're going for here is very difficult. Like, the "wwe will do anything for total divas" part of me says they're gonna push Naomi/Uso... the "lets push our top stars" part of says Strowman/Bliss/Charlotte all the way... the "who cares its on facebook so lets go crazy" part of me says like Rusev/Lana or Nakamura/Natalya.

the part of me who wants to pick Becky/Zayn doesn't exist. I don't belive in that stuff anymore

it is much harder to do than you'd think, I agree. mostly because it's a lot of moving parts and you gotta justify every decision (at least in your mind)

 

Their connection makes it all the more special that Chuckie T got to be his last PWG match.

 

I finally caught up on NXT, and a few notes:

- Imagine if Nikki could defend the tag titles against undisputed future under the freebird rule. Never gonna happen but still would be cool.
- So I’m guessing Gargano is the next champ? Or does Alma’s keep it until wrestlemania season and drops it to Cole? Or does Chiampa come back and they feud for the title?
- This Black vs Cole extreme rules match is clearly gonna steal the show, they don’t need a title for this angle but imagine how awesome it would have been if it was for the title though

 

They shouldn't be hot shotting the NXT title at every Takeover.

 

i would bet almas holds the title for the majority of the year.

 

I doubt Gargano wins, the Ciampa feud doesn't need the title and Ciampa screwing him out of the win feeds into it even more.

 

Yeah I think Ciampa comes back to cost Gargano the title. We need to see more Almas and Zelina as NXT champ

 

If Ciampa doesn’t return yet maybe Zelina costs Johnny again and they could set up a mixed tag match which of course sets up perfectly for Candice’s “debut”.

 

Its basically a question of whether Black or Cole are moving up to the main roster first. Whoever isnt should become champ at Takeover: New Orleans, and the Gargano/Chiampa feud should run around the title chase the rest of the year after

 

With each passing week, I feel like the possibility of us actually getting a Nikki Cross vs Adam Cole match is growing.

I still think its rather unlikely, maybe right now put it at around 10% chance of happening. But all the pieces of the build are there, both storywise and them dipping their toe in the water with Becky/Ellsworth, Nikki taking a lot of bumps with guys, and the Mixed Match Challenge.
