Yepppp. Back to school in like a week and a half

 

Our drummer just got married so that was a giant slam in the breaks for us.

lol real life stuff always gets in the way. our bass player had a baby last year and that reallly slowed us down, we didn't do much for like 2-3 months

 

He is in love or something stupid

 

I totally know what you mean. When your band isn’t your job, it’s very hard to work fast.

I was a pooper tonight

 

I went out, got drunk, slept for an hour, and now I’m going out drinking with friends

 

yea I couldn't believe we got this record done as fast as we did after the EP. It's crunch time though end of the month is the deadline and theres still a lot to do to get it at the quality that we want it. Nathan's also pretty busy with stuff now with you know his own record dropping haha so we are just pushing to get the mixes done. He's worked soooo hard on this album like, I rec him so hard for any small band starting out. 200 per song and he basically co-produced/mixed the record, and he works really hard always. He spent 8 hours on one song yesterday and it wasss really good. we were blown away. So yea if you guys do self record an album, send it to him to get mixed haha. No one will work harder, and he knows his stuff.

I’ll probably want to work with @sophos34 for the rest of my career. Even if I get massive and can work with some of my favorite producers, I’d still want him involved in some capacity

lol thats sort of how I feel about Nathan. You just feel comfortable with someone and you want to grow your sound with them. Can you link me to some of your stuff, I"m not sure i've ever listened properly.
