Ughhh have to pick this up after work tomorrow

 

Yeah my amazon order was estimated to thursday (Partly my fault because I got a new debit card and forgot to update my amazon account so my first payment didnt go through) But i put in a cancel request. Gonna go pick it up in store after work today.

 

On Chapter 4.

 

Woah actually I just woke up this morning and got an email from Amazon saying they will be doing same day delivery. Looks like I will be playing this today : )

 

picking this up after school today, assuming that my local gamestop will still have it in stock. please spoil tag if you're gonna post spoilers in here! won't be able to play until tomorrow.

 

Now I just impatiently wait for my Amazon order to arrive

 

I went ahead and got the digital version and I'm glad I did. It was nice having it ready to go at 11 last night. I'm on Chapter 8. The first few chapters were kind of slow but I'm still loving it.

 

Picked mine up today and will be starting after work! Got the Triple Pack as well.

 

Yeah Chapter 4 is my first stopping point, game is gorgeoooous

 

I'm just going to watch a video on youtube that captures the story of U2/U3 and just dive into this.

 

Just started Chapter 18. I'm surprised at how little shooting there has been so far, definitely the least of any of the Uncharted games. There is definitely a bigger emphasis on exploration this time around. Seems a shame since the shooting is so fun, haha.

 

That early easter egg was such a treat. I think Nate and Elena sitting around is going to go down as a favorite video game moment ever.

 

This game is the Uncharted formula tweaked to perfection. It looks gorgeous, plays like a dream and the little changes to the gameplay of the previous games (grappling hook/rope, vehicles/more open areas, tighter gunplay) really make this game an absolute blast.

 

Picking this up today. Man. I can't wait.

 

I can't remember the last time my jaw has dropped so many times from how drop dead incredible a game looks.

 

I've now played up to chapter 8 (I think? I just finished the auction part) and this is mind-blowingly good so far. That whole section was incredibly intense

Naughty Dog took everything that TLOU did to improve upon Uncharted and topped themselves again. The graphics are probably the best I've ever seen in any video game and there's a certain car chase sequence that is one of the most jaw dropping things I've ever experienced in gaming. This series is nearly 10 years old and the absolutely unbelievable set pieces never cease to amaze me.

I really wish this series wasn't over, but man, what a perfect, perfect way to go out.

 

No way this series is over. Naughty Dog is most likely done with it and Nathan's story is over, but there's not a chance in hell Sony doesn't put another developer on a new Uncharted saga. Sony won't abandon a series like this

 

Man, I hope they don't outsource it to someone other than ND if they do more.

Uncharted 4 ending spoilers: That being said, I wouldn't be against an Uncharted continuation with Nate and Elena's daughter in the future. When she's like 20-25 or so.

 

Only 4 chapters in but this game is insane. I can't get past how amazing everything looks, how good the animations are, how well everything controls, how natural and compelling the story is. It's just crazy that Naughty Dog can do this so much better than anybody else.

 

They really should. It would be so lame if they tried to keep it alive although as long as Naughty Dog move on and Drake's done I'm fine.

 

I'm excited to see whatever Naughty Dog does next. I'd guess TLOU 2 next, and a new IP after.

 

new IP please. Have they said they're doing TLOU2 yet? I'm still hoping they won't.

 

Pretty sure one of the two TLOU directors said production would move along after UC4 DLC.

 

ugh.

I'm pretty sure they still have two studios though so hopefully it shouldn't be too long until we see something else. Unless both ended up working on U4.
