Just Googled it. Something called "The Hollars" with Anna Kendrick. Now I must watch this.

2018 New Year's Resolution for someone with first world "issues" - watch at least 24 horror films this year.

I figure two a month shouldn't be too hard to do. I always end up scrolling through dozens I haven't seen and then end up watching one I've seen a half dozen times already, which kind of bugs me. Time to take some chances in 2018!

 

Does anyone remember a movie called The Fear?

I’m watching Creep 2 again because I realized at 10:30 that Annabelle was going to be the last movie I watched in 2017 and I felt weird about it

Looks dumb and fun. Count me in. Just please no pg-13 rating.

 

Hesitant about both of those trailers, but definitely more interested in Truth or Dare given Blumhouse's recent track record

 

Maybe it's because I watched Marble Hornets in real time as it was posted, but that Slenderman movie seems meh to me. Trailer is good though, only showing Slenderman once is a nice surprise lol

edit: i trust blumhouse to make a decent horror movie

slenderman looks awful and truth or dare looks like it'll only be trash which i mean i'll drunk watch that. very done with Slender mythos and i feel like the "bunch of people getting violent with an urban legend flavor" is also very played out as well.

 

Those weird smiley expressions in Truth or Dare creep me out a bit tbh

 

Truth or Dare just looks like Final Destination meets Would you Rather. It could be fun, but I don’t have a lot of faith based on that trailer. I’ll watch it I’m sure, but I don’t think it’ll be a trip to the theater
