That’s coming from an avid Alabama hater. The two best teams are in the NC game and that’s all we can ask for.

 

The goal is the four best teams. By and large, the best teams win their conference, but sometimes they don't. Alabama has been one of the four best teams in the nation all year long.

 

Cannot believe people are actually arguing against Alabama rn.

 

At least I don’t have to root for Clemson.

He's the worst. Herbstreit destroyed him on twitter a few weeks ago. I have to believe his irrational SEC hate was a big factor into his ESPN layoff. Hopefully that idiot Joey Galloway is next to go.

I don't know who Kannell is, is he like the anti-sec version of Finnebaum?

 

Kannell is an ex-FSU QB from the mid-90s. He set the career TD record back then for them. He was good for them, but pretty forgettable in comparison to their other great 90s QBs.

So he brings that bias to his reporting. He hypes up FSU and just hates the SEC. Even outside that, his takes are shit.

 

The only difference is that Finebaum is actually knowledgable, Kannell isn’t.

The woman who brought up the allegation refused to cooperate with the investigation. So, the investigation not being able to substantiate anything doesn't amount to anything.

They were the only undefeated team and beat the team that beat BOTH teams playing for the title.
