I guess this is related to food... Anyone here do Intermittent Fasting? Thoughts to share about it? I've been doing it for 5 months or so.

I didn't realize intermittent fasting was a thing for the longest time but I did it naturally. I don't eat breakfast and don't eat at night so 16 hours of no food and water/black coffee was kind of the norm. It worked when my meals were evenly placed within the 8 hours I did eat. Dinner is my biggest meal, sometimes too big which didn't help.

 

My sister is doing this but she's not hardcore strict about it.

I'm already 24 so it's too late to start that.

I've never started a diet because I know it won't last more than a few days.

Most drinks I love way more if I get them from Sonic. Dr. Pepper is not one of them, McDonalds holds the throne for DP.
