Even though it would be entertaining, I dont think either the kings or sharks make it out alive through another playoff series. Both teams would just crush each other until they just call the whole thing off.

 

My interest in another round 1 series against Boston is about as low as Matt Duchene’s self esteem.

 

Wait, Pittsburgh is not making the playoffs at this moment? That's disappointing. I mean, I'm happy if they don't make the playoffs as it leaves a chance for another team, but with all the talks about a third cup in a row, that would be kinda anti-climactic.

I was honestly surprised when I saw the Ducks were in a playoff spot. They should only get better going forward now that everyone is coming back from injuries. That being said I do not want to be the first team to lose to Vegas in the playoffs.

 

I do want to imagine the hot takes about the kings if they were to lose two series in a row against jones.
