I'd totally Rebecca Bunch it up and move halfway across the country for somebody because I'm miserable, I feel like unless I do something grandiose nothing will happen

I'd be worried about dating someone from here because I worry I'm not as cool IRL

That's another big reason! I can't send a gif response irl!! I'm so awkward and uncomfortable when I first meet ppl too. My coworker was recently telling me that she can read ppl very well but couldn't read me at first. She couldn't tell if I was an introvert trying to act extroverted or if I just didn't like her. I'm like omg always the first one! Always the first one!!

I definitely come across as rude sometimes and I'm learning I just need to be honest about my feelings because apparently people can't read my mind

Cleveland is cool if you like good food and beer. Cost of living is pretty good here too.

Pretty good music and art scene too.

I love Seattle and I'll gladly live here until the cost of living drives me down into Oregon, so...any minute now.

If anyone ever finds themselves in the middle of rural Oregon I got ur back. So nobody ever.

We have whiskey and wool and statues of brothel owners so it could be worse tho

I'd love to move to New York or Chicago for a couple years and work at some insane restaurant just for learning more culinary stuff.

I think Cape Perpetua might be my favorite place. It's everything I want in a place to be, other than near live music.

I'd def move to the coast cause it reflects my gloomy spirit lol and it is closer to PDX than where I live now, at least the towns I enjoy. But idk if I could handle tourists. My city has a big touristy deal one week a year and I can't handle it, so I doubt I could handle it on the daily!!

The gloom is the best part! Those foggy mornings waking up to barely see two feet in front of you... So perfect. The tourists would stink, though. At least in Seattle, they stick to one specific area in town, so I know how to avoid them.

Come to KC and i'll buy you all BBQ and boulevard beer until you can't walk.

but i also put in a job app to a suburb of Denver today so that's where I'm trying to go. I've also tried getting jobs in the PNW and the twin cities. I couldn't do LACHINY or any other massive city.

Yeah and big cities can at least accommodate lots of ppl. Small towns being overrun is usually a disaster! Speaking of Seattle and tourists lol, I've only been to Seattle a few times and I'm visiting this summer. Any must go to places?

... I am so sorry for them lol

Oh yeah it's very well known. Would def consider that a college town more than rural cause it has OSU. So it at least has stuff... But yeah I would not move there either oop. It's pretty tho. I just can't live that college town/football-centered life. I live about six hours from there!

Where's your go-to? I used to frequent OK Joe's. The Z-Man is incredible.

For coffee, Milstead in Fremont. For beers, Holy Mountain Brewing or Ballard Beer Co. Gasworks Park is really nice too, it's busy but with locals instead of tourists. What do you like to do that I can give you more recs for?

Idk idk me and my sis are going and she's only 18 so things that both of us can do. Idk what area we'll stay in cause I haven't booked a hotel yet. Food, coffee, and probably shopping honestly! I think I'll just be there for a weekend. But last time I went to Seattle me and my friend got lost and had to eat at Quiznos and it was rly sad lol.

It honestly is really weird how Fresno is this amazing spot for all these different type of concerts

yet the ones I want never come here.

It's low key amazing how everyone in Fresno I know ether wants to move to LA area, the bay or Portland.

most end up moving there also except for me.
